Privacy Policy for solarfarm.me

Who we are

Solar Farm Thailand operates this website at https://www.solarfarm.me. We are a GACP-certified indoor medical cannabis farm at 16/17 Moo 2, T. Khlong Si, A. Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani 12120, Thailand. For any privacy question, or to ask what we hold about you, write to info@solarfarm.me or call +66 99-2244-420.

What this site collects

There are two kinds of information here: what you send us deliberately through an enquiry form, and what your browser reports automatically when you load a page. This site has no public account registration and no comment function, so we never collect account credentials or comment data.

Wholesale enquiry forms

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, your company, an email address, a phone number or messaging handle, the products and volumes you are interested in, and your licence details. We use that information only to answer the enquiry, to verify that you are a licensed buyer, and to prepare a quote. Submissions reach us by email and are also stored in the website database. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard web server logs for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser user agent. Those logs are used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary, for example to hold a form session or to remember that you dismissed a notice. Others are set by the measurement services listed below. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works, although some conveniences are lost.

Analytics and session measurement

We use three measurement services, and each one sets its own cookies or identifiers and processes data on its own infrastructure outside Thailand:

  • Google Analytics 4, to count visits and see which pages are read.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction data and session replays of how pages are used, so we can find layout and usability problems.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics, for aggregate traffic reporting.

We do not use any of them to identify an individual visitor.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages embed content served by another company, including a Google Maps view of our location. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website: the provider can collect data about you, set cookies, and track your interaction with that embedded content. Video and images on this site are served from our own server.

Who we share your data with

We share data only with the service providers that make the site work: our hosting provider, our email provider, and the measurement services named above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass enquiry details to other growers or brokers. We may disclose information where Thai law or a lawful regulatory request requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we have, or are establishing, a commercial relationship with you, and then for the period Thai commercial and tax record-keeping requires. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the retention period set by each provider. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will do so, unless we are required to keep a record of it.

What rights you have over your data

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can also object to our processing, or withdraw consent for measurement by blocking cookies in your browser. Write to info@solarfarm.me and we will respond. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom these rights follow from the GDPR; in Thailand they follow from the Personal Data Protection Act.

Where your data is sent

The website and its database are hosted in Thailand. Email and the measurement services named above process data on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on the data protection terms in each provider’s own contract.
