Visitor Management for GACP Cannabis Farm | Solar Farm
Visitor control protects product and people. Solar Farm, a cannabis farm in Bangkok, registers every visitor, screens hygiene, and limits access by zone. The program aligns with GACP and keeps medical cannabis ready for wholesale in Thailand.
Visitors can introduce dust, hair, and microbes. Screening reduces that risk and stabilizes room conditions. Policies define who may enter, where, and for how long. Registration, hygiene checks, and escorted movement are logged. Records show purpose, zones visited, and times. Deviations receive corrective action and sign-off.

Registration Flow
Check in at reception. Present ID and company details. State purpose: inspection, purchase, maintenance, or training. Receive a dated badge with authorized zones. Nonessential items stay outside. Phones and tools follow wipe-down rules or are stored.
Hygiene Screening
Confirm no fever, cough, or open wounds. Remove jewelry and accessories. Wash hands and don PPE as posted: mask, hair cover, and appropriate gown or cleanroom suit for higher grades. Wear approved footwear or boot covers. Staff verify attire before air-lock entry.
Access Rules
Only approved zones per badge. Doors remain closed. Escort required for processing and drying rooms. No food or drink. Photography is by permission only. Any breach ends access and triggers re-screening.
Logs link each visitor to zones, times, escorts, PPE issuance, and any incidents. Maintenance visitors attach work orders and part lists. Buyer tours attach NDAs and route plans. The register is retained per GACP retention rules so auditors can trace who entered a room during a quality event.
